All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is sent.

Our accessories are gold plated over stainless steel-unless otherwise specified.

They will not easily tarnish; but it can occur with constant exposure to water or chemicals such as lotions, hair products, or perfume to name a few.

Sometimes one's pH level affects the jewelry.

Clean/polish with microfiber cloth-(included with your purchase) no chemicals.

When possible, store in tarnish free jewelry case.
